Getting active can help you or delay Type 2 Diabetes. Exercise 30 minutes per day for a 5 days a week. Keeping active, such as taking stair rather lift.
Weight Loss
Shed 5-10% of your weight to reduce the risk developing Diabetes. For example if you weigh 100kgs, then loosing 5 to 10 kgs will help in managing your Diabetes.
If you have been diagnosed as Pre-Diabetic then get a Diabetes test on annual basis.
