Eating certain food and avoiding others can help lower your blood sugar. Reduce your carbohydrate intake by choosing more complex carbs. 

Physical Exercise

Getting active can help you or delay Type 2 Diabetes. Exercise 30 minutes per day for a 5 days a week. Keeping active, such as taking stair rather lift. 

Weight Loss

Shed 5-10% of your weight to reduce the risk developing Diabetes. For example if you weigh 100kgs, then loosing 5 to 10 kgs will help in managing your Diabetes. 

If you have been diagnosed as Pre-Diabetic then get a Diabetes test on annual basis.
