Family History

If your siblings or parents have been diagnosed with Diabetes then there is a high probability that you will have Diabetes too.  

Waist Circumference

For a man waist size more than 40 inches and for a woman waist size more than 36 inches is considered as high risk category for Diabetes.

Physical exercises helps to lower your blood sugar level and loose weight. Aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday. Choose exercise, such as walking or swimming to suit you.

Blood Test

Blood sample collected at the labs or at comfort of your home. The test involves Random Sugar Test (Fasting) and HbA1C test. 

Urine Test

Urine samples can be collected from your home or brought to the labs. This test indicates level of ketones and glucose in your urine.
